    No Death in Heaven

And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

    Holy Bible, Revelation 21:1-4 KJV

    Beware The Cults

The Holy Ghost warns Christians to avoid the dietary rules and speculations of the religious cults, such as the; SDA Adventists, Roman Catholics, Mormons, JWs, Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam, etc. who impose demonic dietary regulations on their captives.

Christ Has Reconciled All Flesh NOW

    Not only is every sinner redeemed right now, (though they derive no benefit until they repent and believe on Christ) but in this dispensation of the New Covenant, all animal flesh sold in shambles is edible (see note on shambles below*) and pronounced ceremonially clean by the LORD, Rom. 14:14-17 and 1 Cor. 10:23-26 KJV;

I know, and am persuaded by the Lord Jesus, that there is nothing unclean of itself: but to him that esteemeth any thing to be unclean, to him it is unclean.

But if thy brother be grieved with thy meat, now walkest thou not charitably. Destroy not him with thy meat, for whom Christ died. Let not then your good be evil spoken of: For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

    And…

All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.
Let no man seek his own, but every man another’s wealth.
Whatsoever is sold in the shambles, that eat, asking no question for conscience sake:
For the earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof.

Vegetarianism is a sign of weak faith, and poor understanding of the Gospel of redemption (Rom. 14:1-2 KJV), but we’re warned to accept and be gentle with such-like.

Him that is weak in the faith receive ye, but not to doubtful disputations.

For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eateth herbs.

We take Father’s points wholeheartedly, and avoid doubtful disputations over non-essentials.

    * Shambles: Meat market or abattoir. The gruesome place where animals are slaughtered, usually adjacent to butchering and commercial areas. In Chinese markets, fowl are beheaded in public, quickly thrown into a blood-soaked drum where they bleed to death. After the bird has finished thrashing around in the vessel, which takes minutes, the feathers are plucked, the carcass rinsed, and sold whole, or in parts.

There Are No Abattoirs in Heaven

Since scripture tells us there was no death before The Fall, therefore no meat to eat, and also informs us there’s no death in Heaven, the question naturally arises, “Will we eat meat in Heaven?”

    Well, Christ Ate Meat…

    Jesus longed to eat the Passover Lamb. Lk. 22:15-16 KJV;

And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer: For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God.

Does that imply the resurrected Christ will resume eating lamb after His Kingdom is established ?

No certainly not, because that would contradict Rev. 21:4.

What Christ meant by that last clause was simply, this is His Final Passover, literally His Last Supper, and so He wasn’t going to eat anything until He’d died for our sins, offered Himself as God’s Lamb on the cross in our stead, and been raised for our justification. Halleluia!

    And Christ Ate Fish

I recall hearing a Kiwi preacher chuckle and rejoice as he read the verse about the resurrected Christ eating broiled-fish, and later enjoying a beach-barbie of Tilapia by the Sea of Galilee. (aka. Tiberias)

“So there’s meat-eating in Heaven! Who’s glad about that?”

But our dear brother was flat-wrong.

Christ walked on Earth under the Old Covenant, before the New Covenant dispensation was confirmed in His Precious Blood. And long before the aeons of Eternal Glory in God’s Kingdom.

    There will never be any flesh eaten in Heaven, because there’s no death or pain in that dispensation. God has said so in Rev. 21:4 KJV;

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

    So Where’s The Beef?

Our glorified bodies won’t need animal flesh as nourishment, and the LORD will provide far more fabulous food to eat than burned animal flesh.

And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

    Conclusion:

In this time period, all animal flesh is edible, but in the next, none will be eaten, ever.

Does that disappoint or thrill you?

Let me know what you think about it.

If this “topples your gyro” you really need to embrace Christ’s message of Good News to everyone.

    What Good News?

The Good News of the good things Christ has already done for everyone.

Good news if you are a sinner, The LORD Jesus Christ has borne your sin, while you are still sinning.

    Why?

So that when you repent from unbelief and believe on Him, your sin and guilt can be remitted, and your heavenly account will be made clean as snow instead of black as night.

    So what?

Quit rejecting His redemption offered to you today, and accept Christ as LORD and Saviour.

The good news that God in The Flesh has not only borne your sin, guilt and punishment, but also took your diseases and sickness on Himself at Calvary.

    Why?

So that as you believe on Him and follow in His steps you will be healed, set free from sickness and all Satan’s power.

    So what?

So accept His redemption of both your spirit and your body and be totally healed inside and out.

The Good News that God has come from Heaven and fixed your sin problem once and for all.

    Why?

Because you’re lost in sin and bound by demon power, unable to break free.

    So what?

So repent from unbelief, the greatest sin of all; believe on Christ as LORD and Saviour, and you will know you are free forever, and will be welcomed into Heaven.
