Q: There have been incidents of nasty reactions to vaccines, and some people are refusing to allow vaccination of their children. How do Christians respond to such ‘anti-vax’ (sic) news reports?
A: That’s a valid question, particularly at a time when Christian parents are faced with false claims that the “Measles, Mumps, and Whooping Cough” vaccine (MMR) is linked to Autism, and governments are even suggesting vaccination of female babies against sexually transmitted cervical cancer!
The answer is straightforward for a Christian.
Do What The LORD Directs You to Do
When Jesus is your LORD, you don’t look to the world for your answers, you ask Him directly.
And as you walk in fellowship with Him, He will tell you what to do in every situation. Jas. 1:5 KJV;
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
The Inside Information
This is the glory of the New Covenant, the Spirit of Christ in us, leading, directing, and enabling you to walk pleasing to Father, all the time; preaching, warning, and teaching in all wisdom, Col. 1:27-29 KJV;
To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus: Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.
Can you say along with Paul, Me too!
Consume Good News: Not Bad News
That’s where Christians get our news from, our LORD and Creator: Not from social media, newspapers, and the TV Idol.
He Said: Follow Me!
If you are backslidden, not Spirit-filled, or attend a denominational fellowship, you will be clueless about this, and the Bible-way Jesus leads His children; so you will ask friends and ministers what they think.
From them you will receive misleading advice, and fall deeper into the ditch of sin.
If that is you; Get saved, and Spirit-filled, the Bible way, and learn to walk with God in peace, joy, and power.
Now, to answer your question: Should Christians Vaccinate their Children?
Be Healed, Stay Healthy, and Heal the Sick
