The Great Commission Omission
Did Jesus command His disciples to go into all the world and make disciples?
If you find that in your Bible, please burn it, and Get a Holy Bible, the KJV for English speakers.

Nowhere in the Holy Bible does The LORD Jesus Christ command, or imply, that Christians are to make disciples.
If your “bible” has Jesus telling the first disciples to go and make disciples of all nations, it is a corrupted broken bible, fit only for the bonfire.
Here’s what the Holy Bible actually says, Mtt. 28:18-20 KJV;
And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

We do come across people trying to make disciples, especially amongst the cults; Catholics, Mormons, JW’s, Adventists, ICC, the Korean cults, and suchlike, and it is a certain sign they don’t know The LORD Jesus Christ, and He doesn’t know them.
There’s a huge difference between teaching… and making, isn’t there?
Factories with conveyor belts are where things are made.
Clothes pegs, and cement-mixers are made in factories.
Schools, colleges, and universities are where people are taught.
Designers, engineers, nurses, apprentices, and technicians are taught in schools of learning.
You can no more make a disciple than you can manufacture a plumber, or hairstylist.
I love the LORD Jesus Christ: Almighty God in The Flesh.
- He knows me, and I know Him, we love each other.
- He made me in my mother’s womb (Jer. 1:5)
- He made my blind spiritual eyes to open and see His Glory in the Gospel of John.
- He made me a Christian the instant I repented and believed on Him as LORD.
- He leads me to be His disciple and missionary by the gentle work of His Spirit in my heart.
That is all God’s handiwork: Almighty God made me in that sense.
No man made me; and I resent anybody attempting to make me be, or do, anything.
They are certain to fail.
This Way Son
But oh what a difference when my LORD teaches me to do, or be, something for Him!
It’s yes LORD! Because of how graciously He leads me, and He supplies all I ever need to fulfil His calling.
No Conscripts
A long time, Chinese, friend resigned a prestigious university position to become a missionary in Central Asia. However, he was surprised when I related my experiences of how gently God leads His children.
He was amazed and replied, “Well I do as I’m told because, I know what it’s like to have a tongue-lashing from God!”
By which my friend imagined God spoke harshly to compel him to do something whenever he hesitated to obey.
His imagined Lord was like an angry drill sergeant.
“Left, right, left, right … You ‘orrible lot, pick your feet up, move it!“
What a terrible concept to have of The LORD Jesus Christ.
No that was not Him. That was the Christian’s own human nature, his flesh chastising himself: Not the Holy Ghost.
Please don’t harbour such a false image of God: It is idolatry.
The Teacher Inside
Instead, learn to listen to the Holy Spirit, recognize His witness in your heart, and follow His prompting.
As you obey, you discover He’s right every time, so gentle and subtle that you almost hold your breath in case you miss His touch inside.
He is the tenderest Teacher, correcting with nudges, impressions, words, and touches in your heart, your spirit, your inner-most being.
Not yanking on the reins like ham-fisted novice riders, tearing at the horse’s mouth with the bit.
People who expect God to control them, and make them do what He wants, are missing the plot.
Created to Follow in Love
Under the New Covenant, the Lord “makes us” only by teaching, instructing, and leading: Never by forcing, making you do His will, that’s completely alien to both His Nature and His written word.
