Why You Were Born
To discover the answer contemplate The Living Word of God’s testimony when Pontius Pilate interrogated Him on behalf of the Jews, Holy Bible, John 18:37 KJV;
Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.
Seek the LORD for revelation of Christ’s answer, apply it in your life, and you’ll remain; busy, happy, and rejoicing, until He appears.
What did God-in-The-Flesh say?
To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.
Take it, embrace it, and make it your testimony.

Father wants that word resonating in your heart with every breath you take on Earth.
Father, Son, & Spirit
You understand that The Son of God replied as The Son of Man; fulfilling His calling, walking under Moses’ Law, depending upon the Holy Spirit, as the lowly Carpenter, Jesus of Nazareth.
All the fulness of the Godhead dwelt in Him, yet He restricted Himself to the resources available to every man who dares to believe the written word of God.
I find that both staggering, and inspiring, don’t you?
It had to be so, otherwise He could not have become our Substitute.
God’s Spotless Lamb
If He had once yielded to the temptation to use His innate divine power to accomplish anything, He would have cut a corner, and the divine plan of redemption would have failed.
The Sin of the World
God came to bear witness unto The Truth, and by doing so, to redeem every sinner ever born on Earth.
The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.
Jn. 1:29 KJV
To this end was I born… God’s Word has come, and achieved His end: The redemption of mankind.
You Have Been Redeemed
Whether you realise it or not, even if you are still an unbeliever, you have been redeemed by your Creator.
Almighty God in The Flesh laid down His sinless life to pay everyone out of debt to Divine Justice.
Every sin you have ever committed, or ever will commit, every sickness, disease or infirmity you may bear, has already been borne in full, once and for all, by The LORD Jesus Christ.
Nothing more needs to be paid: Jesus Christ has redeemed you from all condemnation.
That is a fact eternally sealed in the heavenly realm by the sinless Blood of God’s Only Begotten Son.
But if you do not know that fact, you cannot believe it.
Repent or Perish
If you do not believe that fact, you will never benefit from it.
In which case, you’ll bear the consequences of your sin, in this life, and at your Judgment.
The LORD Himself testified to this basic Gospel truth, Jn. 3:14-21 KJV;
And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
In all points tempted like as we are
If He had floated down from the Throne of Heaven, transformed into the God-Man, Jesus of Nazareth, the plan would fail, because it would be neither adequate nor just: He had to be born into this cess-pit of sin.
He had to grow as a baby, then learn as a child, and mature as a Man: With a fully human nature, descended from David, Abraham, and Adam. (The genetics of this are fascinating, but let’s not be distracted from our point.)
He Proved God’s Word Never Fails
God manifested in human Flesh, but never used His divine status to overcome sin, He overcame every temptation through trusting in God’s word, and the Holy Ghost.
Let’s hear Him again…
To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.
Jesus came to bear witness unto the truth of God’s written word.
That is what you are here for
Respond to His voice, and be all He created you to be.
Fear nothing, and no one, but God alone.
