Why Are Some Not Healed?

    Read Part 1 Why Am I Not Healed?

    Whose fault is it when somebody isn’t healed?

    What is the reason for some people not receiving their healing?

    Unbelief: Often due to walking by sense knowledge instead of faith in God’s Word, or the subtle snare of mental assent.

    This truth becomes obvious as we continue reading Scriptures where Christ demarcates whose faith wrought the healing, Lk. 17:11-19 KJV;

    And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee. And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off: And they lifted up their voices, and said,

    Jesus, Master, have mercy on us.

    And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed.

    And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God, And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan.

    And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine? There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.

    And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.

    The Samaritan leper dared to believe, and thrilled Christ’s heart.

    And Jesus stood, and commanded him to be brought unto him: and when he was come near, he asked him, Saying, What wilt thou that I shall do unto thee? And he said, Lord, that I may receive my sight.

    And Jesus said unto him, Receive thy sight: thy faith hath saved thee.

    According to Lk. 18:40-42 KJV. God in the Flesh said it was the infirm one’s own faith that saved him.

    Is it God’s Fault?

    There are many other scriptures confirming it is the recipient’s faith that brings salvation, deliverance, and healing.

    Sometimes it was a relative’s, or friend’s faith, but God always demands faith because Hebrews 11:6 KJV declares;

    …without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

    Christ insisted on believers believing: So do Bible preachers.

    People who talk about their lack of faith are effectively blaming God for their own unwillingness to believe His plain Word.

    Salvation, healing and deliverance cry out from every page of the New Covenant: It is a Faith Covenant, sealed in God’s own Blood.

    Every word is perfectly True: It is to be believed and acted upon in faith.

    Christians who compromise, and side with doubters, are encouraging them to accuse The Almighty of injustice.

    Don’t do that. God is never at fault.

    Why Am I Not Healed?

    Because you said so.

    Your confession proves that you don’t believe in your heart that you are healed.

    That is the simple lesson of Mk. 11:23 KJV;

    For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

    The cause is always sin or unbelief, actually both, because unbelief is sin.

    It’s no use hiding from the fact.

    God expects us to do our own believing. Each of us takes our own hide to market.

    We don’t condemn people who doubt, nor try to make them feel ashamed, but it most definitely is their part to believe the word of God for salvation and healing, just as it is for everybody else.

    Is that difficult?

    Is God’s word true or false?

    Let God be True

    It is always True, perfectly true!

    He doesn’t ask us to believe something we cannot.

    The fact He says it, makes it true, because God does not lie,Rom. 3:3-4 KJV;

    For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect? God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.

    All He asks is that we, “Only believe!”

    God Makes it Easy to Be Healed

    He doesn’t demand you climb the Matterhorn, dive to the ocean floor, and pay a million pounds.

    God in The Flesh simply asks us to, “Only Believe!” Mk. 5:36 KJV;

    As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, Be not afraid, only believe.

    That is both perfectly reasonable, and outrageously merciful.

    Is it asking too much to believe that the word of Almighty God, who made the Heavens and the Earth and all things therein, is true, and worthy of your complete trust?

    Until He comes, there will always be doubters, despite others believing and receiving all around them. The failure is on their part: Not God’s.

    It is why Christ often rebuked the disciples for their lack of faith.

    Don’t be a doubter: Be a believer!

    Try to lift and help them if they are willing to repent, if not, let them be, and whatever happens, continue proclaiming the Truth in love, because, He never fails!
