Read Part 1 The Power of The LORD to Heal

As Many As Received Him

Speaking of The LORD Jesus Christ, God’s Word made Flesh, the Holy Ghost, through John, tells us how to become a son, or daughter, of God, a blessing that was not available under the Old Covenant, John 1:11-13 KJV;

He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

This Is That

We saw in The Power of The LORD is Present to Heal that under the Old Covenant, the Holy Spirit ministered only through anointed prophets, kings, and high priests, for a specific purpose, and occasion, but that under the New Covenant, since Pentecost, the power of the Holy Spirit to heal is now available everywhere, all the time, to every individual willing to access that power, as Peter reproved his fellow Jews on the day of Pentecost, Acts 2:14-21 KJV;

But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words: For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day. But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;

And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke: The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come: And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

The Power of God is Present to Heal You

The Holy Ghost is the Third Person of the Godhead, He empowers the will and word of God, here on Earth, every time a believer meets the conditions.

Christ spoke of the ministry of the Holy Ghost (The Spirit of Truth) at the Last Supper, thus, John 16:13-15 KJV;

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you. All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

God’s Spirit is with you right now, He has all the power to make you whole, in accordance with the will and word of Almighty God.

Meet God’s Conditions

You have a part to play: Only Believe! (Mk.3:36 KJV) James 1:6-7 KJV;

But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.

To receive your healing learn to cooperate with Him, and so fulfil God’s requirements.

Only as you work with your LORD, His way, will you receive anything from Him.

Those who comply, receive what they believe of Him.

Trust in Christ & God’s Grace

Receive this Gospel basic in your heart: God in The Flesh has already paid the full price for your salvation, healing and deliverance, once and for all. There’s nothing more to pay!

Quit trying to earn the blessings of God: That is offensive to God, and an insult to the finished work of Christ.

Instead you must rely totally upon the Faith of Christ and the grace of God, as the Holy Ghost says in Ephesians 2:5-10 KJV;

Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

How Do I Do That?

The LORD Jesus Christ is Almighty God manifest in The Flesh. Know that as certain as you know your own name. 1 Timothy 3:16 KJV;

And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

John 1:1+14 KJV;

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Father God is willing to save and heal you, whoever you are, whatever sins you have committed. 2 Peter 3:9, John 3:16 KJV;

The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Many claim to believe in Christ without actually believing in Him; they merely mentally assent to Him as their Lord, but He’s not their LORD: He’s a badge, an emblem, an idol, a religion, a mere church-going routine.

That is Hypocrisy: Sin

According to the Holy Bible, you only believe the word as far as you do it: If you are not doing what God says, you are not really believing His word.

Beware of the trap of mental assent. James 1:21-25 KJV;

Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.

But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

Believers Are Doers of The Word

When you truly believe the written word of God, you will do what it says, and God will make you a new creature in Christ Jesus.

Your old self will be gone, and you will receive His power to do the will of God, and please Him always, by keeping your flesh under the control of the Holy Spirit in your heart.

Himself Took Our Infirmities

If you are sick, realise Christ took your infirmities, disease, and guilt, on Himself, when He was crucified in your place, Matthew 8:16-17 KJV;

When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick: That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.

The Chastisement of Our Peace: Isaiah 53:3-6 KJV

He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

You deserved to die for your sins: But God-made-Flesh took your condemnation, so that you can be forgiven, healed, and live by His Eternal Life, when you repent from unbelief, and believe on Christ.

Do You Want to Become a Christian?

Your way hasn’t worked out, it’s not brought you happiness, peace or real life: Has it?

The LORD Jesus Christ is the only way to attain what your heart desires.

Repent and Believe on Christ

The power of God is available and with you now: Do you want to get right with God, and receive your healing?

You will be saved and healed when you do these two simple things to release God’s power;

1) Believe on The LORD Jesus Christ: The Living Word of God. That He died bearing your sins, and was raised to life after your debt to God was paid in full. 1 John 3:23 KJV;

And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.

2) Be willing to turn away from sin of every kind, and walk with your Heavenly Father in holiness and righteousness from now onwards, Luke 13:3,5 KJV;

I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

Repentance from Unbelief

When you are ready, ask the LORD Jesus Christ in sincere prayer to forgive all your sins, and Receive Him as your LORD.

God’s word promises Romans 10:9-13 KJV;

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Do that now, and begin calling on The LORD Jesus Christ.

Confess Christ as Your LORD

Begin telling what Jesus has done for you; that He has forgiven all your sins, made you a new creature, and healed every sickness in your body.

Your symptoms will begin to fade, and disappear, as you persist in believing and confessing what the written word of God says.

Walk in God’s Spirit

Start walking with your LORD in holiness and sincerity, listening to His voice in your spirit leading you.

If you were sick, begin doing what you couldn’t do beforehand.

Start declaring that you are healed, and act on what you believe.

Keep believing, declaring, and doing, and you will find your sickness vanishes by the grace and power of God.

Once you have genuinely repented and believed on Christ, His power is freely available to you wherever you are, all the time.

To access God’s power, the believer exercises The Faith of God, just as Christ did, as His apostles and disciples did, just as you must do, if you are to receive from Father.

Notice the Way God Works

He has faith in His word, and so speaks and does the word, and finally He declares what the word says, even before it has been manifested.

That, for example, was how He created the Universe, the heavens and Earth.

That is what Christ did to minister healing to the sick servant of the Centurion.

It is also what the pagan Centurion did in asking Christ to heal the servant.

It is what the woman with the issue of blood did when she sought Christ to heal her.

It is what you are going to have to do to receive your healing from God too.
