… The Living Word of Our Creator: Almighty God, The LORD Jesus Christ.
God’s Word is Light
You see why the Holy Bible is so precious to us?
We would not know right from wrong unless The LORD had showed us.
Like me, you were born sinful and ignorant, and so we would have remained, but for the written word of God, illuminated and revealed to us by the Spirit of God.
Halleluia!
To err is human, to forgive, divine. (Alexander Pope 1711)
Mercy Rejoiceth Against Judgment
How merciful Our LORD has been to us, to not only want us back in His loving Arms, but to come to us as we were, reeking of sin and shame, and pay the price to redeem us out of debt once and for all. Jn. 3:14-18 KJV;
And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
Oh it gives such joy to contemplate His lovingkindness to us, let’s show the world what they are missing!
