Has God Broken His Word?

    Why doesn’t God just heal all the sick believers?

    Q: You say that healing is for every believer, and I can see that is part of our salvation in Christ, but I’m wondering why God doesn’t just heal each believer when they become saved, since it is paid for already. And when I read Proverbs, 3:27-28 KJV;

    Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it. Say not unto thy neighbour, Go, and come again, and to morrow I will give; when thou hast it by thee.

    I understand that is directed to Christians, but surely God ought to live up to it Himself, and not withhold healing from His children. How do you answer this?

    A: I know you didn’t intend to, but you are effectively charging God with breaking His own words, and that’s always wrong… sin, and rebounds on perpetrators, as Job, and countless others have experienced.

    Don’t Make That Mistake

    Realise that our Creator is perfect in every respect, as is His Word, and Spirit. So can never do wrong, or fail His words, when they are implemented.

    Like every person, you’ll certainly reach that conclusion at your judgment, but it will be too late then. Save yourself the torment of a life outside of God’s will by simply embracing this fact.

    If at any point you are tempted to conclude that God has failed; His Word (Christ), His words (the KJV in English), or you, the failure is always without exception at the human end of that equation.

    For example, to answer your question directly, “Why doesn’t God just heal each believer when they become saved, since it is paid for already?”

    You are correct in saying the believer’s redemption; spirit, soul, and body is paid in full once and for all by the Sacrifice of The LORD Jesus Christ at Calvary.

    Salvation includes healing for the body as much as it is remission of sins, and it is eternal… never-ending from the instant every sinner repents and believes on Christ as LORD.

    Halleluia! Praise Him you saints!

    Every believer knows this as a living fact in the core of their being: It is so.

    That is why the Holy Ghost made the all encompassing prophecy of Isaiah 53:1-5 KJV;

    Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?

    For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

    Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

    Notice the past tense is used of a future event, showing it is immovable in the plan of God: Certain, set in stone.

    Every believer has already been healed in every way.

    Embrace that fact!

    You Have Been Healed

    It was true when spoken by Isaiah, and true when paraphrased by the Holy Ghost under the New Covenant in God’s Blood, 1 Peter 2:24-25 KJV;

    Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.

    The complete stroke of divine Judgment fell upon His Only Begotten Son; the sin, guilt, and punishment humanity deserves for transgressing God’s word was borne by Christ. And by the merciful grace of God, whosoever believes on Him, that He arose from the dead, and confesses Him before the world, is healed in every possible way, spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

    That is the plain teaching of the Holy Bible. Redemption, salvation, and healing are obvious throughout the Scriptures once your eyes are open to see.

    Jesus carried your sin, diseases, and infirmities.

    Why?

    So that you can be; acquitted, healed, forgiven, and set free from guilt, sin, and Satan’s power.

    Amen and AMEN

    God has done it: It’s finished, nothing needs to be added to what Christ has completed.

    God is withholding nothing; neither from any sinner, nor from every sick or infirm person: Sinner or saint.

    God has given everything you need for life and godliness.

    Do your part.

    Have You Received Him?

    Under this New Covenant of Grace and Faith, the word of God teaches that each individual must believe and receive this precious fact of; total redemption by the death and resurrection of The LORD Jesus Christ.

    The moment you perceive what Christ has done for you, you will be at peace, happy, and begin to rejoice, and confess it before men.

    But you’ll do more, you’ll follow Christ, and put His words into practise and make a wonderful discovery.

    You Will Follow Him

    If you fall short at any point, He’s made ample provision for the believer’s forgiveness, here it is, 1 John 1:4-10 KJV;

    And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full.

    This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

    If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

    Simple isn’t it?

    God is Right: Man is Wrong

    Christ fixed mankind: We need to believe and receive what He’s done, and walk in it.

    Only then will you see God’s words being manifested in your life.

    Everyone who doubts God’s words, sins, and fails to receive what Christ has done for them.

    They perish in their sin.

    Whose Fault is That?

    Repent from unbelief, believe, declare, and do what God’s words say, and then He will make them good in your spirit, soul, body, and life.

    Halleluia! Now you see that…

    God has indeed fulfilled Proverbs, 3:27-28 KJV;

    Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it. Say not unto thy neighbour, Go, and come again, and to morrow I will give; when thou hast it by thee.

    Christ has borne your sins, diseases, and infirmities, now Father offers His salvation to you daily. Receive by faith, embrace the truth, live in it, and then, and only then, will you see it manifested in your life.

    Subsequently, you will treat your neighbours like God does.

    God Has Given: Have You Received?

    Now that you comprehend that Almighty God has done all that He’s going to do to heal the sick, you realize it is up to us, His creatures, to respond by believing and receiving what His written words say.

    What Are You Waiting For?

    If you are waiting for a sign from God, a tingle, or a voice from Heaven, before you start… you’ve missed the point.

    God is waiting for you to respond to what His written word tells us, and His Spirit exhorts us to do.

    Responding to the written word is our part, not God’s.

    So you are now ready to put your faith into action by obeying God’s words.

    He’s promised that believers and doers of His word will be blessed, and endorsed by Him with signs and wonders.

    Your feelings have nothing to do with it, leave that spiritual vanity to others, we’ve got a vital mission to perform before Christ can return.
