And Sin No More
In Jesus Asks You we saw that perfect health is included in the Redemption believers possess under God’s New Blood Covenant: Forgiveness of sin, and perfect health for our bodies.
How could it be otherwise?
Two thousand years ago, God came and bore the judgment due for the sins of mankind.
He initiated a simple New Covenant of Faith in His Word by which any sinner, who repents from unbelief, is completely forgiven, made righteous, and able to remain at peace with God always.
There’s more Good News for sinners.
Salvation Includes Physical Healing
The Holy Bible teaches; He not only rolled away your sin, and bore the judgment we deserve, He took our diseases and infirmities on Himself, to set believers perfectly free of; guilt, condemnation, sickness and infirmity forever.
The Prophets Saw It
Seven centuries before Christ came, Isaiah (Esaias) saw this clearly in the Spirit, and declared, Isaiah 53:1-6 KJV;
Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?
For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.
He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
The Apostles Saw It
The Holy Ghost inspired Matthew to emphasise this literal fact in his Gospel, Mtt. 8:16-17 KJV;
When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick: That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.
The same Holy Ghost who pressed those words through Isaiah and Matthew, also burned in the Apostle Peter’s heart, to convey to us the literal spiritual and physical aspects of Christ’s substitution, 1 Peter 2:24-25 KJV;
Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.
God the Holy Ghost says believers were healed through Christ’s substitutionary death and resurrection.
Were Healed is Past Tense
Since we were healed, spiritually and physically then we have been healed. Therefore it is scriptutally proper to declare, “Since I was healed: I AM healed!“
Can you see what God is telling us?
Be A Doer of God’s Word
When you catch-on to this revelation, and begin declaring God’s Truth from your heart, you will see your infirmities and symptoms wither away, like the melting snows of Spring, and your physical healing will bud forth by walking in your new life in Christ.
Believe and Confess What God says
Your part is to believe, declare, and hold fast what God has written for us, and to resist the Devil, his diseases, symptoms, and infirmities.
Many Christians perish without ever learning to do this, Satan holds a circus in their lives and bodies, consequently they live far below their divine potential, and die prematurely.
That is why half-hearted compromisers still perish like sinners, just as happened in the early church, 1 Cor. 11:26-31 KJV;
For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord’s death till he come.
Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.
But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.
For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body.
For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep. For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.
Submit to God: Resist the Devil
Believers are to submit to the word of God, resist the Devil, symptoms, and temptations, by the power of the Holy Ghost, and they overcome the trial every time without fail. James 4:7-8 KJV;
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
Doubting God’s Word is Sin
Those who focus on their symptoms inevitably submit to Satan, and resist God’s word.
Don’t do that, instead, fix your eyes on what the word says, believe and declare God’s word and victory regardless of symptoms and circumstances, and the Devil will flee from you a million times out of a million.
If he doesn’t… it is because you didn’t do this
You wavered, doubted, questioned, became double-minded, and allowed Satan to dominate your spirit, soul, and body.
Hold Fast Onto God’s Word
Instead, learn how to stand on God’s written word, the KJV Holy Bible in English, and hold it fast always.
God’s written word is good, perfect, and eternally true, and Father wants you to prove it in your life; 1 Thess. 5:21 KJV;
Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
The Holy Ghost commands us to, 2 Tim. 1:13-14 KJV;
Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus. That good thing which was committed unto thee keep by the Holy Ghost which dwelleth in us.
He’s referring to God’s words, written and heard from the Holy Ghost, NOT; your fears, doubts, medics’ opinions, and erroneous teaching.
