Confident and Unashamed
The Holy Ghost, through the Disciple whom Jesus loved (Jn. 13:33), exhorts believers to be busy doing righteousness, living pure and ready when He shall appear, 1 Jn. 2:28-29, 3:2-3 KJV
And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming. If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him.
Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.
Father wants His children to abide in the love of Christ, as we walk through this Valley of Death called the world.
The Love of God
Immediately you were born of God, you discovered human love fails every divine comparison, but as we grow in Christ, and learn to abide in God’s love, we walk in perfect victory, with the confidence of Christ in this life: And guaranteed Glory in the next.
We are, what we are, by the grace of God (1 Cor. 15:10 KJV): It is He who has made us, He who hath redeemed, delivered, and translated us out of Satan’s power (Col. 1:13 KJV), and He who has saved us for His own Glory.
In addition, here, His written word promises that genuine believers will manifest Christ’s Glory when He shall appear, 1 Jn. 3:2-3 KJV;
Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.
When you know these promises as divine fact, they will keep you walking in purity and truth. That is the very reason they were written, Halleluia!
When he shall appear, refers here, not to the Second Coming of Christ, but specifically to the Rapture of believers, for that is the only way the Holy Bible makes sense as a whole.
Believers Believe: They Don’t Argue
If you wish to argue against the biblical Pre-Tribulation Rapture, please find somebody else: Not me. I’ve read The Book in the Holy Ghost. And when you do, you will know The Rapture will come before the Great Tribulation.
You will also live ready, pure, and waiting for His appearing.
The glorified Christ shows Himself at the Rapture, but only to those who are busy, watching, and eager for His return.
He’s Coming for His Followers
If you are not following Christ, you are negligent, and will certainly be left behind when He comes back very soon. Remember The Glorified Christ’s last words to us in the final book of His Holy Bible are, Rev. 22:20; Surely I come quickly. Amen.
He is not visible to the world, that occurs at His Second Coming, when every eye will see Him, Rev. 1:7 KJV;
Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.
They wail because The Judge of judges arrives, before Whom all flesh is guilty of sin.
That is why you must be born again.
The Blessed Hope
The Rapture of the Saints is an entirely different event preceding the Great Tribulation.
The LORD descends from Heaven to our atmosphere; His Angel’s shout raises those who sleep in Christ, and alerts the saints still alive, to look up where Christ remains in the clouds. They are then caught up together with the resurrected saints, as outlined in 1 Thess. 4:13-18 KJV;
But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
Notice, we meet Him in the air. He does not set foot on Earth at the Rapture: In contrast; at His Second Coming, He reigns from Jerusalem for a thousand years, ruling the Post-Tribulation world with Righteousness.
These are quite separate events.
Are you looking for the blessed hope of the Great God and Saviour, as The Holy Ghost writes in Titus 2:13 KJV?
Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
Are you in step with His Spirit in your heart, are you doing Father’s will today, or your own will?
That is what separates real believers from make-believers
He’s not returning for those who call Him Lord, yet who follow their own will, He’s coming for those who are doing Father’s righteous will, denying themselves, and following the Living Christ.
He’s not returning for those in bed with the Harlot of Rome, who refuse to come out and be separate, so they share the plagues of the Woman on The Beast.
If your fellowship is entangled in Satan’s ecumenical movement, get out now before it is too late, and find a Christ honouring fellowship of Bible believers.
You’ll experience God’s blessing the instant your whole heart and life are yielded to The LORD Jesus Christ.
It is what you were created for
